Event Manager

Felicia Bode

Felicia's insight in both macro and micro aspects of situations along with her organizational skills naturally lead her to event organizing. During her college years, as president of multiple swing dance organizations, Felicia worked to connect students with the broader dance community by organizing classes and social dances at the school. Post-graduation, her work continued through the registered non-profit, The Cleveland Exchange, for 3 years, and Rock the Blues for 2 years. In conjunction with planning for these ongoing classes and private events in her hometown of Cleveland, OH, Felicia has managed and worked with a variety of venues, instructors, bands, and DJs. As a new event manager on board at CMDance, Felicia is excited to be bringing blues dancing back to Denver and continuing to foster the blues community here through the Shimmy Shakin' Blues events.
