Jan Justis, Advisory Board, earned a BA in Theater and Dance from Barat College in Lake Forest, IL. She also has a Masters in Humanities Theatre and History emphasis, from the University of Colorado at Denver. Currently residing in Salida, Jan serves on the board of Stage Left Theatre Company and Third Law Dance Company. She is also past president of the Colorado Dance Alliance, served on the arts advisory panel for the Colorado Governor's Commission on Education, and served on the Alliance for Colorado Theatre Board. Jan spent 26 years teaching dance and theater within Cherry Creek Schools in Colorado, and received the Richard K. Knaub Theatre Educator of the Year Award for 2010 from the Alliance for Colorado Theatre.
