Become a supporter
We truly appreciate any and all support you can provide to make CMDance the best organization it can be.

Here are the ways you can help:
  • Sign up to attend as many of the events as you can. Every full registration help us pay for the event and the instructors.
  • Donate the amount of a full registration so we can offer a scholarship to someone who couldn't attend without your support.
    For us, this is invaluable because it makes the event accessible to a greater number of participants.
  • Volunteer. We will need volunteers to help with registration and merchandise tables, general helpers.
Examples of where your sponsorship dollars would go:
  • $1000: partial fee for one Master Instructor or towards venue rentals
  • $850: housing for staff, (instructors, musicians and out of town volunteers).
  • $700: Venue rental and performer fees for free events open to the public
  • $650: Guest Artist, dancer or musician to teach or perform in a school in Colorado
  • $500: partial fee for one of our great bands that we bring to Denver...for example (Jonathan Stout, Cangelosi Cards, Gordon Webster, Robert Bell Hot Swing Combo, Southside Aces Solomon Douglas, Swingtette,
  • $450: printing of the promotional materials
  • $350: towards airfare - instructors and muscians
  • $300: pays for food for staff and instructors
  • $110: housing for instructors or band members

If you wish, you may designate the aspect of the event your funds support, regardless of how much you are able to contribute . No amount is too small to be appreciated.

What we can offer you:
All sponsors and volunteers will receive our sincere gratitude for helping us bring to Denver an amazing lineup of instructors and bands. In addition, all sponsors will be listed on the sponsors page on the CMDance website and in the printed programs for the events.
Anonymous contributions are also gratefully accepted. As a 501c3 organization, we will offer you a receipt to use as a tax deduction.
